Request Data Deletion
We value your privacy and data rights. If you wish to delete your account and all associated data, you may do so at any time using one of the methods below.
Method 1: In-App Deletion
The fastest way to delete your data is directly through the Carelysis mobile app:
- Open the Carelysis App
- Go to Profile tab
- Tap on Settings (gear icon)
- Scroll to the bottom "Danger Zone"
- Tap Delete Account
- Confirm your choice
Method 2: Email Request
If you cannot access the app, you may request deletion via email:
- Email us at support@carelysis.tech
- Subject Line: Data Deletion Request
- Include your registered email address
- We will process your request within 7 business days
What data will be deleted?
When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed from our systems:
- Profile information (name, age, biometrics)
- Login credentials (email, password hash)
- All food logs and photos
- Health scores and history
- Family group associations
Note: This action is irreversible. Once deleted, your data cannot be recovered.
